Location
The Country Hotel SVITAVICE is situated on the left (north) bank of the dam Křetínka near Letovice, about 45km from Brno. The building is on a former Earl’s estate, alluded to in historical texts as early as the middle ages.
The property is secluded – it is surrounded by farmlands and has no immediate neighbours. The environs are unspoiled by development, with areas of forests and fields nearby, while immediately adjacent is the man-made lake Křetínka, which already blends perfectly with its surroundings.
Nearby a nudist club has a small beach and our guests can make use of the club facilities on the club’s applicable terms.
The town of Letovice offers a good variety of shops for the usual requisites. A little further afield, the cities of Boskovice and Svitavy have a greater range of facilities as well as historical interests – see separate pages regarding these places.
